These services are provided by individuals who have formal training in areas such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care. However, our team members are not licensed counselors, therapists, or psychotherapists. Our services should not be considered a replacement for professional mental health or medical care.

3. Liability Release
By engaging with One True Love and Light, you understand and agree to the following:

• All services provided are offered informally and are intended for support, mentorship, and general friendly guidance.
• We do not provide medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment. If you are experiencing a crisis, we encourage you to seek help from a licensed mental health professional, hospital, or crisis centre.
• Participation in our programs is entirely voluntary, and you assume full responsibility for any decisions made based on guidance or support received from our team.
• You release One True Love and Light, its founders, board of directors, volunteers, staff, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or damages that may arise from participation in our programs, use of our services, or reliance on any information provided.
• One True Love and Light does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from participation in any of our services.

4. Donations & Financial Terms
Our services are offered free of charge or by donation only. We accept donations of any size to help us continue providing support to marginalized individuals and underserved communities. Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. One True Love and Light is a registered non-profit organization, and all contributions go directly toward funding our programs and services.

5. Confidentiality & Privacy
We respect the privacy of all participants. However, please be aware that:

• While we strive to uphold maintain strict confidentiality, we are not bound by professional confidentiality laws that apply to licensed therapists or medical professionals.
• Any threats of harm to yourself or others may be reported to appropriate authorities as required by law.
• We do not sell or share personal information with third parties, except when legally required.

6. Code of Conduct
To ensure a safe and respectful environment for all participants, we require adherence to the following guidelines:

• Treat all staff, volunteers, and fellow participants with kindness and respect.
• Refrain from engaging in aggressive, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.
