At One True Love and Light, we are a comprehensive ministry dedicated to meeting the real and diverse needs of the people we serve—wherever, however, and whenever we can. Our mission is simple: to be a light in the darkness for anyone who needs it.

Our primary service is our Free Mental Health and Addiction Support, available online to anyone seeking hope, healing, and direction. We believe no one should face their battles alone, and we are committed to walking alongside individuals every step of the way.

Expanding on that commitment, we’ve launched a pilot program in the City of Winnipeg offering Free Transportation to marginalized individuals and low-income families. This service helps remove barriers by providing rides to medical appointments, job interviews, apartment viewings, and essential errands. We also act as a free designated driver service for individuals in vulnerable situations after a night out—ensuring everyone gets home safely and with dignity.

In addition to transportation and support services, we offer legal and housing referrals, along with personalized education about local resources available in your area. Whether someone needs clothing, food, or help furnishing a new home, we connect them with programs that meet every need—free of charge.
